I'm pleased with the outcome but not happy about just being given the image without them getting in any contact with me. I would air on the side of caution for others hiring them that they don't directly interact with you, they just do the picture and get it over with. This leave so little room for edits and with zero sketches there is a danger that you will not like the outcome

While the art is lovely I do take a lot of issue with the lack of response before rushing to submit it without my agreeing it was done. I was also never given a sketch to avoid the awkward conversation of them needing to fix something. I have another piece waiting from them but I'm worried about running into the same issue.
